Hi All.
In my recent venture into satellite I had a nice motorized setup (until the wind came), but anyway - I found it to be 'uber' slow at changing channels, and of course there was not watch one whilst record another option. I quite like the idea of multiple LNBs on one dish. I'll probably get a 1.1 or 1.2 meter dish (if its not motorized I can go a bit bigger). I already have the mounts and one LNB (but its cracked so I doubt it'll still work). The main things I want to pick up are: 13 East 19.2 East 28.2 East (Have to put a twin/quad LNB here) I know I can get all these on one dish, but would it be possible to get any more and if so which and how many? If theres not too many I'll just stick to the motor. Thanks GAV

Wow, thats nice lol.
I might do that, it seems like a pretty neat solution, because all the LNBs are also hidden. Yup. Definitly getting one, and then I can remove my Sky Minidish and sell it to a weed smoking hippy xD

Hi again, I'm presuming that LNBFs are just smaller versions of normal LNBs? Like thinner ones? Because according to PULSAT you can only have 5 LNBs, but it also says 16 ?
Superb 90cm gregorian style dish, can hold up to sixteen LNB's on one crossarm. The wave frontier 90cm dish allows you to mount up to five LNB's up to 60 degrees apart. Lol?

why it was slow is because you will have been using a diseqc 1.2 motor if you get a 36volt motor and vbox it will be so much better
i'm doing it soon as its ****ing me off having to redo the dish on the motor because of the wind

More than four LNBs? - Go to the forum index and search for 'uncommitted switch' or similar. To switch more than four LNBs you need to find a receiver which supports this, not just a switching network.
LNBF? - Just means an LNB with a built-in Feedhorn - which pretty much all of them have these days (except C120s). Cracked LNB? - will probably work fine. It's probably only the plastic outer shroud that's split. The guts of the LNB are housed inside a sealed metal chamber.
