I have been given a Mini dish with the digital lnb already attached etc,and as I have an old analogue receiver, would it perform if say pointed at 19.2 degrees ,or do I have to wait until I get my hands on a digital receiver??
Will I only be able to get 28.2 digital with it even if I pointed it elsewhere?? Thankyou for your time gents

I THINK MiniDishes have universal LNBs so you should be allright picking analouge with it. I think most analogue broadcasts are dead now, but if there are any (see LyngSat) then you SHOULD be able to get them.
You can only get 28.2 if you have a digital reciever and are pointing at 28.2.

There are 40 or 50 analogue broadcasts on 19E, 4 on 13E, and half a dozen on 5W.
www.analoguesat.co.uk will give you all the latest analogue news. (Wonder who runs that then )
