A website which allows users to upload and share their content online has been launched by BSkyB.

Sky Cast is designed as a multi-platform service to make people more involved in their favourite TV shows and share their own content, and touts the catchphrase 'Film it, Load it, SkyCast it!'.

The service uses Google Video to power it and is currently in a Beta testing phase. BSkyB are looking for feedback on the service during its testing.

Similar to YouTube or Google Video, the website will allow any user - not just Sky customers - to upload video clips.
