Hi,
I have a greek friend living here in England who wants to be able to pick up Greek TV especially live football. He has a new satellite kit which is picking up all the usual satellites Astra etc but none seem to have what he wants - is there a particular satellite for Greek programmes and what is its bearing? Thanks Paul |

The Greek Nova package on Hotbird at 13E is pretty good, though a subscription will be required, as Irdeto 2 is still secure. Nova is reasonable value for money though, particularly if your friend can arrange a card to be forward from friends or relatives back home.
Also Hellasat 2 at 39E carries some FTA Greek programming, especially radio.

Sorry, force of habit. Irdeto 2 is commercially available on a project card - Gamma - including Nova, Showtime and Euro1080 for the time being.
