Do you have the full movies package? (everything)

The movies package is now split into 2 and you (obviously) have to have both halves to get all the movies.

If you are supposed to have the full movies on your subs then you will have to ring Sky.

Sorry I wasn't being impatient wasn't sure if everyone would read specific sky posts so I was covering all options. I do have everything and pay lots of money to have everything. Sky's advice was to get an engineer but as everything else is working can't imagine it is my dish or my box.

Ok. the channels you are having problems with are on frequency 11604V. The full channel list on that frequency is:

Sky Anytime 1-2 - Sky Modern
Sky Premiere - Sky Premiere+1
The History Channel UK
The History Channel UK +1
The Biography Channel UK

Do you have problems with History, History +1 and Biography??

11604V rings a bell as one of the troublesome frequencies where external interference gets into the gubbins.

Have you just bought a new DECT phone??

OK that gives us a base as to where to start investigating where the problem lies.

I spotted this on another forum: Identical problems with a PACE DS440NB. Is this your receiver by any chance??

Pity.

Have you tried rebooting the box. Pull the plug out the wall for 30 seconds and let the box reset.

I reckon you are getting interference in the gubbins. Think carefully - has ANYTHING new electronic been set up around the same time as the problems started.

Does the local boy racer park his car near your dish - if there a radar detector in it which he leaves on then that can cause problems.

Have the local plods fired up a new tetra communications transmitter 150 yards from your house??

Etc etc.
