In Glasgow, the BBC and Scottish Television (ITV) have just moved into smart new premises on the banks of the River Clyde. On their respective roofs are massive dishes pointing skywards and southwards and all in slightly different directions ( I think).
The BBC Dishes are circular whereas the ITV ones look like giant "squarials". I'm just curious to know what satellites the broadcasters use and where they are - can anyone satirsfy my idle curiousity?

Have you got an accurate location? Maybe they'll appear on Google Earth or MS Virtual Earth.
Had a quick look, but can't find it. Maybe they're too new :? From an aerial picture, we could probably work it out ![]()
