Hi
After some excellent advice from the team at satellitehelp I have successfully setup my Technomate ci+ super 1500. So, as you can imagine I have been enjoying a whole raft of new television content over the last week or so. ![]() Now I am hungry for more . I want to know which subscription card you guys would recommend. Just some background information on my setup:stb Technomate 1500 latest patch and keys 70-80cm dish pointed at 19.2e The sort of programming I want is sports, documentaries and movies (in english) . |

At the end of the Premiership season, ART cards will be selling for bu99er all. OK, so no more English footy, but they carry lots of other sport and could sell for peanuts.
A DigitALB card be the one for next season, but I'd wait until nearer the time if I were you. Things change fast. Like Sid, I'm anti-programmable cards as they're overpriced. They are a necessary evil though, as without them we would likely as not be watching very little right now. This is one of the main points where money flows into the satellite black market. Gamma cards are the only ones worth buying ATM for the I2 stuff.

OK, Mickha has advised me that the Gamma cards are a bit suspect at the moment. Support for all these programmable cards is unreliable - some last for several months but some for considerably less.
There are many concerns on other forums about the Gamma's continued support (i.e. availability of files) so it can't really be recommended at the moment. There is always a risk that cards will be very short lived, which is why I don't buy them myself. Buyer beware. Thanks to Mickha for the latest info.
