The channel he watched is part of the Premiere package, currently available on 19E, using a patch.
Also currently available on 19E is the D+ package.
These will not last forever which is why most of us use motorised dishes, or multiple dishes, to pick up what's available at the time.

How long is a piece of string?

None of us know, but those of us that have been around in this game for a while understand that there will be times when there is virtually nothing 'hacked' to watch.

We are opportunists all. We expect nothing and enjoy what happens to come along for as long as it's around.

We've been very fortunate up to now, but we would be crazy to tell you that there will always be good patches.
