Default Reception of Insat 2E @ 83 deg E at Central Europe?

I have a question regarding the Reception of Insat 2E @ 83 deg E at Central Europe.
is there any chance to get some indian channels?
Then what are the requirements?
LNB, Dish size...
Expecting a positive reply.

No chance whatsoever.

1) Its below the eastern horizon for most of Europe
2) Its transmission beams are firing at India not Europe.

If you want to watch 83E you will need to move to India.

Doesnt help - its still below the horizon in western & central Europe. You need to get as far east as somewhere around Bulgaria before its theoretically visible.

Even then shes C-band so you would need a VERY big dish. 3-6 feet at absolute minimum at a guess.

Only one Ku frequency was not received in Zagreb. The chances are not too bad that some signal also reaches other surrounding countries.
