Default Telstar 12 15W

After an hours looking for this damned bird Ive finally picked up a solitary transponder - the one with the Chinese channels on it. Looking for it not helped by the fact the bloody dish kept blowing over, and there is only one place in the garden with a gap in the trees for 15W

12608 H
19279 2/3

cant better than 48% quality - I think the trees are still in the way

80cm salvage dish, old style Fortec Star receiver

Nah - I dont think the farmer would like that

Anyway - the trees are far too nice to go hacking bits off just so I can get some Chinese channels

Any solution to the tree problem would be welcome - the one that blocks me from 15W (and even that at the leafiest time of year) has a protection order on it (and it's not in my garden and is HUGE!).
Apart from the DAD channels from time to time showing US material there's not a lot to miss on 15W (unless I'm missing something . . )

Poison is NOT an option - I guess if desperate enough a re-location of the dish might do it!

Its one of the 2 spare dishes that normally live under the hedge and block up holes at the bottom of it. Saves pulling one of the operational dishes down when I want to look at something not visible down the bottom of the garden.

Is it not meant to be Telstar 12 @ 15w AS :?

Nearest bird to 12w is AtlanticBird 1 @ 12.5w

I'm opening the DMC package on 15w with my Technomate, its not a bad package to be honest. Getting about 60 - 70% quality on this one with a 90cm dish
