Default Satellite lists

Right, basically what i am trying to do is update the satellite lists as the one on my Dreambox is about as up to date as flairs.

Basically everytime i try to adjust it it through the Transponder edit menu (menu ->6 ->service searching ->transponder edit) i can adjust it but when i save it it then dissapears. Any deleted birds show up as removed service and any i add just disappear or come up with no name.

I also can't find any new birds added when i llook for them in the motor setup section >

I've got Eurobird 3/Intelsat 802 set under Turksat 1B (Junked Nov 2006) as i cant get it to work any other way

I'm using Gemini 3.5 atm but to be honest its the same no matter what image i use. Any help would be appreciated

I'm running 3.50 now, so you could always have a copy of mine

TBH I haven't got into fine-tuning it all yet, but I did generate a satellites.xml file.

Have you done that? Blue button, Extras/Settings, Satellites.xml loader. Do it twice, toggling the sats you want to green in both Europe and Atlantic sections.

I loaded this over the basic 19.2/13 Schaedelmeister settings and re-scanned.

Got gbox working in 90 seconds flat. Sometimes the only way to sort a problem in Enigma is just to blow it all away and start again.

It should be in usr/etc for 7020 or var/etc for 7000
