Where do I find the 4 digit access pin number that the adult channel keeps asking me for.
I guess the parental lock is on when the card arrives.
Can somebody help me please.

try 1234, but you might also need to change the maturity setting in the cam.
According to other users:
Go into menu, Conax, Maturity Rate, change the options and enter the 1234 pin number.
