So when I finally get my new dish up what do I do with my LNB?

Its a universal quad but what I mean is on a mini dish you have to twist it to the side to position 3 I think, do I have to do this on a bigger dish or dose it not matter.

Yes, it matters. Try the SMW link software to see how it should be set for each satellite.

Totally confused now. Couldn't find anything on their on how far to twist LNB. Only told me the position and angle of dish

OK on closer inspection the LNB holder is marked from -20 to +20 so what do I line it up with?

It doesn't have to be fantastically accurate. +/- 5 degrees probably won't show any improvement/deterioration. Just do it by eye, and then experiment once you have the receiver tuned in.
