Default Skystar 4.2.2

Can anyone enlighten me as to how I can view 4.2.2 feeds via Skystar 2 :?

I'm using AltDvb and I've got sound but no picture (Speedway GP by the way) >

It's like some cheap tart on a Saturday night, teasing me while I'm full of drink

Hi m8, I'm using AltDvb sid (progDVB had this nasty habit of crashing on me :). Does the above apply to AltDVB too sid :?

I've not used the Skystar much so I'm just starting to learn a bit while I've got the time

Thanks,
Kev

Sorry m8 - only just seen this.

Not played very much at all with 4:2:2 in AltDVB, but your problem is almost certainly to do with either Directshow filters or graphs.

I copied the elecard decoder over from ProgDVB as it wasn't installed by default.

I haven't really got a clue what I'm doing, I just try all the different filters etc. until I find one that works

It's under the settings menu. Pictures attached. I don't know if my particular settings work for 4:2:2.

Cheers Stick

Gonna have a look for a 4:2:2 feed again, I've set Directshow the same way as your's.

I'll post back how I get on
