Hi Guys, I've mentioned B4 that I have a FTA set at my weekend caravan the last couple of weeks I've noticed there is a time lag with the sound, the spoken word is out of sink with the mouth movements. It reminds me of dubbed films, I recently installed an LCD tv with my receiver there. Any ideas how to fix this although I could live with it but can't help picking this out.

Switching channels usually fixes it. If that fails, power-cycling the box should do it.

"power-cycling the box should do it." the answer is probably obvious but does this mean re-booting?

Pull the plug out of the wall, wait 30 seconds then plug it in again.
