Default CD-RW + DVD Rom Combo Drive

I'll be buying a combo drive soon. It will support these formats, CD-R/RW, CD-ROM, DVD ROM. If you have one, please suggest which brand is the best among LG, Samsung, Sony & BenQ. Looking forward for suggestions. Thanks

Well my experience with my LG phone has sworn me off their products. Based on the options, I would go with Sony or Samsung. Samsung probably has a better drive as it is more up their alley.

I have a samsung CDRW-DVD ROM combo drive and I have no complaints. It's been doing it's job for quite a while now, burns CDs fast and reads without problems... Software support is good, never have a problem with drivers or compatability issues. No complaints on the samsung. Never owned a different one, so that's all I can say here.

Hope that helps.

Thanks both of your for your responses. I really appreciate them. I also asked same question from some other people and they also said LG drives sucks. So far I have heard no rubbish about Samsung or Sony Drives but I think I'll go with Samsung as it seems, samsung is more popular among people.
