Correction - LIVE STREAM is POSSIBLE with Twonkyvision.
You still need to have VLC running as format transcoder. Just add this file (vlc.import.playlists):

#VIDEOLIST
#NAME:VLC
#TITLE:VLC - Stream
#DEFAULT-EXTENSION:ts
h**p://192.168.1.10:8080

to database, start VLC in retransmitter mode and voila!

Not transcoding needed and no quality loss. Still awkward solution, I know, so need to think how to make it better
