But these ones rusted and the white LNBs leaked water inside.

I'll agree with Likvid on the lnb side, they were sh**e, thats why mine was fitted with an Mti lnb instead

The dishes did rust but they kept on working

Buy a proper hosting service (the one I use for my digitalsat.co.uk site is 36 quid a year)

Then spend a fiver a year on a proper domain name

Point the domain name at the server and away you go - dead easy and 40 odd quid a year.

The advantage of the proper domain name is you can change where the site is hosted and not have to tell the world of the new addy - you just change where the domain name points.

If the site is popular you can also then put some google ads on the site nice and easily. I dont make a fortune from the ads on my sites but they pay the hosting bills for the sites with a few pennies left over.
