Quick question about premiere subscription cards?

if you go to www.ebay.de there seems to be a lot of premiere subscription cards available

my german is non-existent but would one of these cards work over here (UK) with a dreambox or technomate receiver? or is it best to buy one from a uk seller?

That may be so expensive because it has the HD channels - I'm sure I've seen the SD card available for around £400 :?

Still waaaay to expensive for me though
