hi when i switch the language to english on premier the is no sound i have to wait about 30 mins for it to come on.i am now using a dia*lo cam any suggestions

It's an odd problem. Does your receiver have a second CI slot? Might be worth trying that.

If that's a non-starter, try reprogramming the CAM. Maybe drop back to an older version of the software as a test, and then reprogram it with the latest.

It's probably best to set your channels sound setings, on your receiver, without the cam installed.
I set my receivers language settings, in the main menu, before I got a Diablo, and have never experienced any problems, unless I try to switch to the German soundtrack, but I have read lots of reports from others experiencing the same problem.
Please post back if you solve the problem.

no joy fellas there is new firmware out for my cam so will load that on and see if it works

EUREKA worked it out . if i change the language before the channel unscrambles it comes on in English
