It appears to me that the signal level on the Skylogic TP has dropped very significantly (unless it's me and / or the weather!). It was a very solid signal but it is now only just clearing on my 80cm dish.
I can't do a blind search on it as my TM1500 picks up all the adjacent 10E channels.

There are now two TP's broadcasting Portuguese material, largely Conax encrypted, but there are four FTA channels. 
On 11727, 27500, V there is RTP 1 & 2 plus TVI and six encrypted channels.
On 11766, 27500, V there are 8 encrypted channels and two test channels (marked encrypted Conax but open for now).  All excellent strength.

I can see that Disc0 is using Nagra but is there anything else . . .? Blind scanning just gets me all the TPs from 10E!
