For somewher near Malaga, approx 35north and 4west the look angle to 28east is 132.5 degrees from north or 47.5 degrees east of south, you will have to find out the magnetic variation for your area. The elevation to the satellite is 37.1 degrees up from the horizontal, if you have an offset dish the offset angle will have to be deducted from that figure. BH
