Sorry, I did post the results but not on this thread ops:

All works OK and managed to get a 12v Pace 1000 even came with a working FTV card

Good results for a 40cm dish, signal quality dose half if you constantly spray the LNB with water, but its better than nothing. Dish is actually plastic didn't realise plastic would reflect microwaves :? Bit dubious about the 3 sucker foot holding on for any length of time but worth a try. Not sure if I should replace the 0.6dbLNB with a 0.2db :? :?

The dish face must be a composite sandwich with metal foil in the middle.

Looks good. It's the dish from the Lidl/Comag camping kit, I'm pretty sure.
