You will need to let us know what you have done before we can help you. How is your receiver set up to track the satellites, USALS or DISEqC :?

Is the pole the motor is on 100% vertical on all planes. If its slightly out it won't work mate

Can you give us a bit more info mate

Hi VFR. Welcome to the forum 8)

Firstly, where are you?

Which satellite did you set up on?

Did you manage to find your 'due-south' satellite?

Please read our comprehensive guide here:

http://www.satellitehelp.co.uk/forum...pic,401.0.html

and then have another go.

If you still have problems, we'll try and take you through to work out where you're going wrong.

Some pictures may make things a lot easier too

i have the tm9100 you need to align the dish up on a reference satellite usually 1west if based in england/scotland

once its aligned up on the satellite, then you will need to move the dish and store satellites

the easiest way is to use usals instead which under the motor setup on the receiver you enter the coordinates of your location found on google earth, maps etc and then when the dish moves the usals program in the receiver software will work out where to move the dish to based on your location

i would say to use usals version if its your first time setting up a motorised dish

also put a more updated image on the receiver before you start as the software on mine was quite old and it had issues with a motor
