Mmm.

I have found the best software to be Altdvb but nothing seems to run well on Vista. Using the BDA driver, which takes a lot to install because Vista says it knows best and wont install anything, it will run. You may have to right click on the Altdvb icon and select 'run as administrator' the first few times.

My media center wont even recognise the SS2 so if you can get it working please let us know how.

You will need to install the vieo codecs. I have installed coreavc and elecard and both work well. BBC HD clears ok but Vista uses so much cpu that the HD channels are not really watchable. I have an AMD 64 3200+ processor and for SD it uses about 20% cpu and is fine. For HD it uses 96% cpu and keeps freezing. I have overclocked the cpu by 10% and things are slightly better but not good. I think a cpu oif 4000+ will be needed to work properly.

I dual boot Vista and XP pro and everything works fine on XP although an occassional freeze on HD pictures.
