theres a cheap system currently at B&Q that seems to get a good review and others stating they use it for caravans.

The one in B&Q is OK, I did buy one of those to see what it was like as it was only 25 quid. The receiver was very basic, not too dissimilar from the Tevion system. The dish though, although fairly cheaply constructed was of a decent enough size to work very well, but obviously nowhere near as portable.
