What's your favorite Digital Camera brand?

Canon, Fuji, Kodak, Minolta, Nikon, Olympus, Panasonic, Sony

The only brand I've owned is Panasonic, and I haven't had many complaints about it... but what am I missing out on?

Mine would be Olympus. Though I don't have their camera but my cousins & friends have them. One of my friend has C-60 and its the best digital camera I have ever seen. I'll definitely buy their camera as soon as I gather enough money to buy one.

Mine is Fuji. I have a 3 years old FinePix and still no complaints.

My favorite would have to be Sony as that is the only digital camera I have ever used. I'm thinking about trying the Olympus or Canon though.

No mention of Pentax there...

I recommended my girlfriend get a Sony, but she decided the Pentx in the shop was the one for her. She still very much loves it, though I think the Sony one had a couple of extra features.

I forgot about the Pentax cameras. I never hear much about that brand. Is that an expensive brand?

Can be - used to be a quality name in film photopgrahy, but no real idea how they compete on the digital market.

Nor any mention of Samsung. I have had my Samsung digital camera(3.1) for two years now. It is durable and takes excellent pictures even after dropping it in the toilet one time(I had it in my pocket and it fell out).

Quite impressed it worked after going down the toilet - not sure many other products can boast that.
