1) Nothing on 28.2E can be opened with keys.

2) The only encrypted stuff that can be opened on 19.2E is sports and movies (pretty much) which carry the original English soundtrack. Default audio will probably be German.

3) There are no public keys for UPC

4) Yes, everything in /plugins, but you need every file. Check the readme's for a list of them. You'll need to actually run the vPlug setup .exe file to install it. Each key file contains many keys, but there are several physical key files. Make sure each plugin is 'active'. There will be a menu option for it somewhere.

Can I use the keys in DVBviewer? The other programs don't work for me.

The free version of DVB Viewer that comes with the Skystar doesn't - or at least it didn't used to.

The paid-for 'Pro' version does IIRC.

It's the worst application of the lot though in my opinion, and I don't really know why you can't get one of the other three working? :?

4.74.1 is fine.
No real point in going back further than that unless you're having REAL bad problems.

Try running 'Register_Filters.bat' - IIRC it's in the 'Filters' folder.

How can i enable the key files which have a .db format.
Where can I download many keys from? I need them for astra 19.2. On skystar-2.com are many little applications and I don't know what they are.
And where can I download the 4.74.1 version of ProgDVB. I searched for it at search engines and skystar-2.com, but didn't find it.

vPlug uses the .db database files automatically.

Try the 4.56.2 version of ProgDVB here:
