hi to all i have a tm 1500 when i enable a blind search does this update the transponders and will it erase the out of date ones at the same time , as i cant seem to find a delete for the old ones many tnx

Hi softtoptel,
I think it may do. But if you want to be certain and already have a hard pad of skin on your thumb, then you can also delete individual transponders by going:- Menu>Advance Search> (or PID Search). Cursor down to 'Transponder' and option 'Delete TP' will appear. Press 'Yellow' button to delete. Regards, Yorks. ![]() |

AFAIK to get a true blind scan you have to delete the old transponders. If you don't it will only scan the symbol rate that you already have saved. For instance:
If you have, say, transponder 11500 H with a symbol rate of 22000 already saved then the blind scan will only scan that symbol rate on that transponder. It's important to delete them, especially if you're looking for feeds, as a lot of feeds use the same transponders but just change the SR ![]() Kev
