That tp is in mpeg 4 so a normal receiver wont touch it

Telekanal 2x2 seems to be the Russian equivalent of Adult Swim and airs many of thier shows, and website has a similar layout including schedules with little hand drawn cartoons exactly like US Adult Swim.
