Default Aldi system

Set up the Aldi system on Astra 28E ok. Last night found Astra 19 ok. I did not alter dish tilt or lnb skew.
Tried to find hotbird 13.0 but could not get a signal.
Any advise appreciated.

Hi Steve,

As Hotbird is a little bit further south it is further up the arc, so you will need to tilt the dish back slightly as well as further west, to optimise your signal strength, and finally adjust your skew - your LNB needs to be a shade more vertical than for 19.2 E.

BBC World on 12597V 27500 should be a good transponder to try.

Regards,

Yorks.
