We have satellite television here in Israel. Being British I long for UK channels but don't know how to go about it.
Our apartment block has 1 large satellite dish to cover all 10 neighbours - we aren't allowed to have our own dish. We do have a receiver box though. Question: how do I go about accessing these programmes. I'm fed up only being able to access Arabic and Hebrew programmes. ops:Help!! |

Without your own huge dish pointing the right way, you're not going to be able to get much Brit-TV I'm afraid.
If you can tell us which channels you can get (half a dozen or so should do it) we can probably identify which satellite your communal dish is pointed at, and see if there is any English language content on it that you can tune your receiver into. Alternatively, if you have a south-facing window, and don't mind having an 80cm dish behind it, there is always BBC Prime which shows a selection of BBC TV on the 'Hotbird satellite' ![]() http://www.bbcprime.com And welcome to the forum! ![]() STICK
