As I said a few posts up, don't rely on the crappy DB tuner. Its not the easiest of receivers to find sats on.
Some times the signal bars just stick, unless your on a very strong signal.

I find the 'satfind' function pretty good - and nice big graphics you can see through a window! :roflmao:

I managed to get some of the 7w verticals on a 90cm dish with it a few months back ![]() http://www.satellitehelp.co.uk/forum...c,2374.15.html I used to find my old FortecStar Lifetime Classic was fantastic for setting up dishes with, it never let me down once ![]() ![]() Nano

The tuner on my 7000 cant be faulted. A lot of people say it is poor but it is every bit as good as my Echostar and SS2 card.
I think people pay too much attention to the % signal displayed. It is totally meaningless - 60% of what?

I think there is a serious prob somewhere, as I only seem to be picking analogue signals maybe, like 19.2e, 13e and 30w????
Thats why I am asking if Channel Master did an analogue only dish, or even if there is such a thing? Any help/suggestion would be appreciated, as I really don't know where to go from here. Cheers |

that 1.8 you have, was made in the analouge days. its only the receiving stuff that has changed. Hence the digital age. Your dish is perfect for digital.

Those first two pics show pretty good signals and you are locking onto them..
Have you tried 11996 H 27500 3/4?
