What satellites apart from Astra and Hotbird can you pick up with a mini dish?

Yes I am, Just managed to get my hands on another one for free by using freecycle.

Any others at all?

You should be able to pull in the stronger transponders on Turksat @ 42E too, I would think.

You may manage very poor reception of even 16E,5E.
The Western transponders of 7E.
Turksat 1C west beam
Some transponders from 8E.
The above findings are from Analoguesat,located near the Scottish borders.

you might also get 8west as that is very strong signal

Will have to have a play me thinks
The new dish is made by channel master and is 53cm x39cm with a Cambridge Industry's LNB, strange looking thing


seams to have adjusting screws for Lo and Hi frequency's. don't think I will try

The screws are probably to adjust the two LO frequencies. Leave them alone if it's on-frequency OK.

Can you post a picture similar to the second one above, but from the front? I'm hoping it'll show the skewed feedhorn.

Better picture. Wont be touching the screws, they are sealed with something anyway.

Might fit it without the cover, looks a bit more interesting
