what signal level you get on 16east ?

Default Digitalb sub problems

Hi wod. Yes, I bought the Gold Package DigitAlb Card (movies and sports) which is the main reason why I went for the 1m dish. Unfortunately, the sports channels (Premiums 1-5) are showing "No access" even though I can see all other channels! The signal strengths of these channels currently read 85% - although I think I may be able to get a bit more with some tweaking!

hi m8 nice dish you have there,but why are the sports channels (Premiums 1-5) are showing "No access?You have payed for the gold Package digitalb,so all should work?Is this right guys?or do thay need to be turned on some how?

Sounds like the card hasn't been activated yet. Email your supplier and he will chase it up.

Wod - thanks for your PM, unfortunately the site won't allow me to send PMs for some reason so I can't respond via that means. Hopefully, I'll sort that little problem out with the site administrators. However, to answer your question... I have been told that the card has been activated but I don't see that particular message in the card menu. I have been in touch with the seller and I'm hoping to resolve that issue over the next day or so.

Hi gouster,lets us know how you get on here.Also how your card is tunrned on for the sports channels,im sure other members might this find handy 2 know.

Default Digitalb sub problems

Strangely enough, this was a problem I had with mine over the weekend. Channels on 11092 V 32000 worked fine but the ones on 11449 H 27500 came up as scrambled.

What worked for me was a quick re-scan of 11149, all came in clear as a bell after that. Not saying it will defo work for you but it might be worth a punt

Hi Kev. Yes, I've tried that. I deleted all of the Premium channels and then re-scanned them but still got the same message, i.e. "No access". Was that the same message you were receiving over the weekend or did it say "Scrambled Channel"?

if you have bought the full card then put your receiver on digi+ or for the supersport only put receiver on premium 1 to activate the card

once you have informed the seller of the card.

also before activation the card information screen said digitalb preview, does yours say that ?

Ah, right. Mine said 'scrambled channel' so it looks like yours hasn't been activated

Mind you, my card activation screen also says 'preview' so I'll just have to see what happens at the end of the month. First time I've used a DigitAlb card so I'm not sure exactly how they work.

Hopefully, you'll get it sorted in the next couple of days m8
