Hi everyone, as you will guess from this i am very new to all this.
I am considering buying the Technomate 1500 super and either, an 80cm or 1m motorised dish. However i am somewhat confused, my other half is Spanish and loves watching Telecinco, Antenna3 etc when she is back home. which are free national channels, but when i look these up on the net, I see that they are listed as encrypted by powervu. can anyone explain if i can get these and how, also will the above kit do the job. hope you can help. |

Antena 3 30W Hispasat is indeed broadcast encrypted in PowerVu, and isn't viewable without subscription.
Just because it's free on terrestrial doesn't mean that its FTA on satellite I'm afraid ![]() There is plenty of FTA Spanish TV available, and Digital + is also open these days on very modest hardware (including the Technomate TM1500) when keys are available - which is true more often than not ATM. Welcome to the forum!
