Depends on how old the patch on your box is Premeire did a slight alteration to the encryption system not so long ago so that could be the problem

The other alternative is taht you may have entered the keys in the wrong place or entered the keys incorrectly

i had the indexes for Premiere set out like this on my receiver:

00 (16 characters per line)
10 (16 characters per line)
01 (16 characters per line)
11 (16 characters per line)
02 (16 characters per line)
12 (16 characters per line)

But, when I see the latest keys on the websites, they have it like this:

00 (32 characters per line)
01 (32 characters per line)
12 (32 characters per line)
02 (32 characters per line)

If I was to make this compatible with my receiver, how would it be? Are the indexes always supposed to be left the same?

and another set of latest codes I see are like this:

00 (32 characters per line)
01 (32 characters per line)
02 (32 characters per line)

Premiere 1, 2, 3 & 4 are not the portal sub-channels. They are called something else altogether - something horrible and meaningless and which tend to be listed at the beginning of the channel list.

yeah i did update my box with that software release the other day. Everything seems fine. However, do you know if its possible to unlock the Canal Digitaal package on Astra 19.2E? Its encrypted with Irdeto 2. The latest keys came with the softcam file, but channels don't work. Thanks for your help.
