Amstrad is working with BSkyB on a new multi tuner satellite receiver that will allow viewers to watch separate programmes in different rooms of their house. It is the first fruits of the agreement between BSkyB and the electronics company it purchased this week for £125 million, although it is understood the device has been under development for several months.
The device would be an extension of the existing Sky+ product, which allows two programmes to be recorded, though the lack of a second video output prevents more than one programme to be viewed at any one time. BSkyB already offers its subscribers Multiroom, where a second box mirrors the existing subscription for an additional £10 per month, and the Sky Link device makes it possible to change channels a Sky digibox sitting in a second room. The new box would also use cabling to link two or more TV displays. Source: Broadband TV News

Sounds good but I bet they will charge extra for it, and if its got the Amstrad name on it it will go wrong all the time.

i prefer straight feeds from the dish to separate receivers as your going to have abit of cabling going around your house
