Hi
I'm new to satellite receivers and considering a Technomate 1000 or 1500. Thing is, I have a fairly small 4:3 television that I don't want to get rid of. Is there any facility with these receivers to change the aspect ratio to get the picture proportions lifelike? I'd rather not have to watch everything with bars at top and bottom, so 4:3 pan scan would be good. (I know the 9100 has variable aspect ratio, but that's out of my budget.) We'll probably be watching a lot of German channels on Astra 19E - anyone know what AR these are usually broadcast in? Sol |

Hiya m8,
Yes, the TM 1500 has 4:3 pan scan option in the 'A/V Output Setting' menu ![]() Kev
