I don't know this receiver or it's patch, so the exact details will have to wait for someone else to answer, but firstly, there is nothing open on 28.2E at all, and when you say 18.2 I assume you mean 19.2E.
D+ keys change roughly twice a day at the moment, so it's likely the keys you tried were out of date. Try the keys for Premiere. They are more static. In the overall 'ID' for each key, there is a code for CAID (Conditional Access ID or 'encryption type') and ProvID (provider ID) - there are many combinations but you'll soon learn which systems/providers are compromised. Premiere use Nagravision 2 for example. Each provider can use one or more encryption systems, and indeed may use more than one provider ID. They also utilise a number of individual keys differentiated by an 'index' number - 01, 08 etc. - often used to preload the next key in advance of a change, when they switch which key index is 'current'. Usually only one is current at a time, but this is also dependant on type/format. Search around the 'Net for a file called 'softcam.key' until you find one which has some text at the top explaining the format of the contained data and you'll soon get a feel for how it works. STICK
