also make sure that you refresh it regularly by clicking on the black arrow inbetween the search box and the tcb.cc logo .. once clicked you will get a drop down menu where you will have an option to 'refresh toolbar'.
If this still doesnt work then uninstall the toolbar you have by going into control panel and add/remove programs option ... you will find the toolbar in there .. click on it to uninstall it ... then visit thechatterbox.cc website and click on the banner on the middle of the page to go to toolbar download page ... this way you will know 100% that you have the genuine article. |
cheers mate. although I do have the toolbar u mention but still find that it can take up to an hr to update
