strange emails from site - Techwatch Support Forums: Digital & Satellite TV, FTA, Cable, Computers, Mobile Phones, Apple and General Tech Forums

I keep getting emails from this site saying ther is a reply to a board I am watching but when I go to it all I get is the following.

"An Error Has Occurred!
The topic or board you are looking for appears to be either missing or off limits to you."

Why is this :?

You have notification turned on, and a new post has been made. However, by the time you go to read it - it has almost certainly been deleted.

Why?

Spam, usually.
