Hi Apples001. A few questions if I may ops:

Is it a brand new box?
Did you do the install yourself?
Has it ever worked properly?
Do both tuners freeze?
Do played-back recordings freeze?
Do you have a current (valid) subscription?
Have you changed your subscription recently, or moved cards between boxes?
Is your dish correctly aligned? What sort of signal readings do you get on the signal test menu?
How old is your LNB? Is it a quad?
Did you change it?
