Support for the T-Rex 4.6 supermodule seems to have stopped, but you can still get Premiere, D+ and TV Cabo, using this Cam, by loading Predator 359 and manually updating the keys.
The T-Rex 4.6 can use either predasaur or Predator firmware, but only Predator 359 is currently opening Premiere.

You can do it manually by going into the Cams menu, using your receivers remote control, and clicking on Debug, OhlAladin, and then the provider and key you want to change.
You then enter the Dec version of the new key.
Dec = Decimal, 3 numbers.
Hex = Hexadecimal, a combination of 2 symbols consisting of either letters A-E and/or numbers 0-9.
