Default Discussion and Heads Up thread for Astra 19 and Hotbird

Hi I thought it would be a great idea to have a running thread for a discussion of the channels on Astra 19 and Hotbird.
A place to share any good programmes and maybe give a heads up for anything good coming on.

For eg, last sat night david Bowie was on ZDF Theatre.

Also on ZDF Theatre sadurday 3. 30 pm theres a pop show (repeats probably from the 60s and 70s ) you never know who might pop on, Susie Quatro, or even George Harrison.

Theres a similar oldies pop show at 4.45 pm on the same channel ( if you can stand the vain DJ )
again, Abba might appear, and tons of UK acts, well worth a watch.

I like it a member posting about programmes and not mentioning 22 overpaid plonkers kicking an inflated ball of leather about.

If you guys would like a separate 'Whats On?' section, I'd be happy to oblige.

What do you think? Would it get used?

Sure it would mate, if only for the odd FTA footie game or boxing.

Hey Black Hawk, a man after my own heart. I used to watch "Peter Steiner's Theatre" in the old days of analogue German TV - it was on Saturday evenings and even though I cant't understand German, it was hilarious - like a local repertory theatre and just as hammy - wonder if anyone has spotted it these days?
