I'm trying to get this working on seca2 under SBCL with a Dreambox 7020.

Sometimes I get a picture, but no sound.

Anybody know whether it will work with this set up, or anybody managed it??

Hi percivjr.

Don't know and haven't tried it personally. I find SBCL a real fiddly mess to use even for TPS, but it would be good to hear if you do get it working smoothly.

Here's hoping for a proper CAM release. I'm expecting it to come.

Haven't heard of anyone getting this (SBCL) to work with Vplug with any stability.

I'd persevere if they made a Dreambox with a half decent tuner though

Yes, was working fine when I first tried it. Haven't tried since. You need to switch vPlug out of Nagra mode and into SECA, as it appears to want to default to N2.

I seem to be a bit thick at the moment with this but I can't find an option to change from nagra to seca.

I'm recording something at the moment so can't tell you exactly, but you just (double?) click the line you want showing in the list of encryption types in one of the vPlug panes.

LOL, I'm not sure that made sense :roflmao:

Getting annoyed with this now. All I keep getting is "your key file has not this key" Its working fine for all the nagra stuff nothing seca on 19E will open at all. Is there anything worth watching or is it just a repeat of what is on the other channels?

Not much to be honest - just a bit of fun fiddling. I'll do a walkthough when I'm back on my ss2 box.
