Default Patchable channels?

How can you tell which channels are patchable or can be viewed by inputting a key? I know some need a subscription card but how can I find out which ones?

What's available to view usually changes very quickly, but lately we've had a lot of viewing options.
The main packages available, on a patched receiver are:
Digital + and Premiere on Astra 1, 19.2E
TPS and Polsat on Hotbird, 13E
TV Cabo and Digital + (same as above) on Hispasat, 30W
There are other channels available but these should provide sufficient viewing options.
