Hi Andysly,
Having read your original post on Linux mint I decided to give it a go and its awsome. I have tried various Linux distro's in the past and always had some sort of problem and then reverted back to wondoze! With this distro everything worked first time on my advent laptop, it even finds my windoze computer and I have access to all files without setting up Samba etc. Have you heard anymore about the plugins for the ss2 as I am thinking of getting an ss2 card and using it on a spare computer I have and running Linux Mint. Thanks for bringing this distro to my attention I am looking forward to being able to ditch windoze permanently. Regards Fred |
