Not sure how they work over there, but are you logged in?

Why not have a go at editing the file yourself? It's very easy. The keys themselves are all over the net.

I've just been over their and downloaded the latest softcam without any problems :?

I've not tried downloading all today's softcams but they do all seem to be their. I take it it's the Technomate 1*** one?

Have another look and see if it's their now m8

If you are using a Technomate you can enter them manually

Its through System Information ( The last one in the main menu ) and then through the cas button in the menu.

The screens you will see are like the ones below. Sorry for the cr*p photos ops:

(Keys removed in last piccie for obvious reasons)

Notepad is not as reliable as Wordpad, so use that - or better still a professional editor.

If you want to edit your own keys, just find the key that needs replacing and overtype it with the new one. Save and upload. If you get it wrong, the worst that will happen is that you can't unlock that provider. It's not like messing with the firmware.

It's quicker to input via the menus if it's only one key, but it's good to know how to do it. You'll learn a lot too by fiddling with the files.
