I am getting there very slowly. I posted for the first time back in Feb, I have a dish in Croatia and with all your help I have found Nilesat, Hotbird, Atlantic 2 and Astra2 (south?) I have 2 sngle lnb through a simple, cheap? Disequ switch. My problem is when each lnb is connected one at a time directly to the rec each works fine. When I connect them up via the switch I get one to work the other doesnt. I notice I have disequ options on the rec settings, Port a b c d. Is there something I need to setup. My rec instructions are in Croat!!

Yes, you will need to first tell your receiver that you have a DiSEqC switch (DiSEqC 1.0 or 1.1) and then tag each satellite with a port ID.
